Curiosity | Relationship

Today COWL@EC (Earlham College) explored curiosity through the lens of relationship.

We started out time together by engaging with the “PIN Tool” – a conflict transformation tool which invites us to interrogate the deeper needs underlying our own and others positions on issues.

This then led into a discussion of how curiosity shows up in our relationships and what our barriers are to exercising curiosity.

How does curiosity show up in your relationships? What is its importance and value? What do you find challenging about exercising curiosity in your interactions with others?
